THE COMPLETE EDINTHECLOUDS PROGRAMME
The complete EitC programme includes an initial phase of thirteen weeks (or longer if appropriate) - where we will work with you to agree the vision, assess the current situation, agree the goals, set up the virtual school and its resources, inspire the staff and give them their first training session.
This is then followed by a rolling, one-term-at-a-time, training, assessment and review programme aimed at improving your people’s skills, rewarding progress and mastery, and tweaking the programme in the light of new possibilities both technological and pedagogical.
We can help you set up your Google Apps for Education account from scratch, and add users, services and devices, develop resources and train your people. If, however, you don’t need the whole programme, the following services are also available on a daily rate basis:
Phase One (the impact phase, lasting at least 13 weeks or one term) costs £3000, to include on-site and remote sessions. There will be at least one day at the outset for the ‘Plan’ phase (Steps 1-3) and one at the end of the programme for the ‘Learn’ phase, when the staff training sessions take place. In between those two visits, work will be carried out remotely to cover the ‘Setup’ and ‘Build’ phases. The great majority of this work is performed by EdintheClouds, but a series of challenges and tasks will be set along the way which will keep the school engaged in the process as the online school evolves.
Phase Two (the long tail) costs £1000 per term (assuming three terms per year), to include one day on-site for training every term and one hour per week of remote support. This is for skill top-ups, 1:1 and small-group surgeries and demonstrating new tools and techniques - there is always something new and interesting to show.
Additional on-site support and other services available at £300 per half-day / £500 per day. Additional remote support available at £50 per hour.
All prices net of VAT. Travel charged at 45p per mile.
